I was talking to your associate Justin, who was very polite, and I asked some odd questions about a bedframe (my toddler has Austim and has some unusual needs)and when he could not help me, he did not just blow me off, come up with some simple answer or simply say 'I don't know', he went and got a manager named, Locke.

Not only did Locke spend several minutes talking to me on Friday, but spent more time with me yesterday when I came back with my husband and son. He was amazing. We are heading back not only to buy a bunkbed set, but we'll be back to buy a king size bedframe in the near future for my husband's and my room. It is unusal to have salespeople who are so helpful and who don't do the heavy-handed sales routine. Thank you so much for not only great products, but having such kind, helpful employees.”
