If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any non-custom finished product you receive from Mill Stores or MillStores.com you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your item.
There are no restocking fees at Mill Stores. Except for in the case of damage, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Mill Stores. Once we receive the returned item we will credit your account or issue a refund, depending on type of payment, within 14 days. Credit card sales are credited to your credit card account. Cash sales over $25 and purchases made by check are issued by our Main Office in Hyannis, MA. Cash refunds under $25 are issued by the Mill Store location during normal stores hours.

“I shopped at the Plymouth Cordage store last night and arrived 5 minutes before closing. My goal was to price the Adirondack chairs, ponder my choices, and purchase a chair at a later date. A young man named Brandon introduced himself to me as I browsed in the yard. I apologized for beginning my shopping at 5 minutes before closing and he said, "Don't worry about it. We're still open - you have plenty of time." He noticed that I was comparing the Adirondack chairs and offered the pros and cons of each choice, including his knowledge of the different woods, the finishing options, year-round storage recommendations, how long the current price would be available, and his personal observations on the comfort of each option. First, at most stores I would be greeted with a warning that the store would be closing any moment, which was not my experience at your store. (I also noticed a couple enter the store after I did - they also received plenty of no-pressure attention from one of the floor staff.) Second, what a fine young man. Most men his age are not self-possessed enough to carry themselves so graciously, and often stockroom staff are not "front store staff" quality. Congratulations on a well-managed store, and on staff who are carefully selected and trained. Also, thanks for a lovely chair!
