“I am writing to congratulate you on your remarkable staff at the North Kingstown, RI store. My husband and I went shopping for a swing set for our son's third birthday on Sat June 23. Your staff was very accommodating toward us, assisting us in deciding which swing set would be best for us. They even went the extra mile, making a phone call to the company who will be coming to our house to assemble the swing set to ensure it will be delivered prior to our son's birthday party on July 4. I wish I could remember everyone's names who helped us that afternoon, but unfortunately I can only recall Eric and Brian. But please inform the store of the outstanding staff they have.
