“Hello my name is Maria Swanson, the other day my husband and I visited your Plymouth store because we have recently renovated our kitchen/living room and are now in the process of looking for new kitchen tables, chairs , coffee tables and tv stands. While walking around we were approached by one of your employees named Brandon, he politely asked if there was any questions he could help us with so we explained our situation and he began showing us all the different styles of dinning tables, coffee tables, tv stands and so on as well as giving us the measurements for each. Brandon never rushed us or tried to push anything onto us, only giving suggestions after hearing our needs and likes. He also took the time to explain the steps it takes to finish an item and the how different types of wood would look with the same stain, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was talking about.

After answering all our questions and showing us all the products I felt bad since we were not ready to purchase anything that day and apologized since It felt like I robed him of a commission after being so helpful and patient with us. Brandon reassured us that it was perfectly ok and that he does not work on commission since he is a stock worker. After hearing that I felt compelled to write this email because spending time on us would not have benefited him but Brandon still took the time to help and it was a GREAT HELP!!

So because of him we will be purchasing our furniture from your store as well as recommending the mill store to others in the future. So I just want to say thank you for such a wonderful experience and you will be seeing us again very soon.”
