Mill Stores is committed to you, our customer, and to your complete satisfaction.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any non-custom finished product you receive from Mill Stores or MillStores.com you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your item.

There is no restocking fee and you will not be charged for our cost to originally ship the product to you. Except for in the case of damage, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Mill Stores. Once we receive the returned item we will credit your account or issue a refund, depending on type of payment, within 14 days. Credit card sales are credited to your credit card account. Cash sales over $25 and purchases made by check are issued by our Main Office in Hyannis, MA. Cash refunds under $25 are issued by the Mill Store location during normal stores hours.

Rainwater playfully dances and flows down these handcrafted copper channels as it is guided from the rooftop to the ground. A natural patina will develop on the polished copper styles over time, adding to the character and charm of these delightful chains. Usually ships in 3-5 business days.
