If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any non-custom finished product you receive from Mill Stores or MillStores.com you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your item.
There are no restocking fees at Mill Stores. Except for in the case of damage, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Mill Stores. Once we receive the returned item we will credit your account or issue a refund, depending on type of payment, within 14 days. Credit card sales are credited to your credit card account. Cash sales over $25 and purchases made by check are issued by our Main Office in Hyannis, MA. Cash refunds under $25 are issued by the Mill Store location during normal stores hours.

“I just adore your store in Stratham, NH. It's actually therapeutic for me to visit there as I find it so relaxing that I take my time to "mill" about till my hearts content. I don't think I've ever been out of there in less than an hour and a half and often I'm there a lot longer. What makes it so easy to stay so long is your staff who are always warm, friendly, and approachable. They're busy at times, but all stop by to see if there's anything they can help me with and never with slaes pressure. Up till now I've always finished our purchases myself (bunk beds, colonial bar stools, dressers, accessories, toys and crafts, etc); but time and physical limitations have me planning on lettng your finishers do my soon to be purchased dining room table and chairs. Dave,Vickie and oh my goodness I've forgotten the other gentlemans name, answered sooooo many questions for me as I tried to finalize my decisions on which pieces and finishes I would select. You can just tell they love their jobs and they love the furniture they have to offer and they sing praises to their finishes, both old and new. I'm very glad that your company is selective about the floor staff you hire. GREAT JOB EVERYONE! I'll write back once my furniture is completed and in my home. Thank you all.”
