What is your return policy on in-store purchases? |
|
Unfinished Merchandise (see sales agreement for custom-finished merchandise).
a. Please inspect your merchandise carefully before leaving the store. All merchandise must be returned in original condition.
b. Returns accepted with receipt for refund or exchange within 15 days.
1. Refunds for cash sales over $25.00 are issued from the main office, allow 14 days.
2. Purchases made by check are refundable by the main office only.
3. Cash refunds under $25.00 are issued only between 9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday.
4. Credit card sales are credited to your credit card account.
c. Returns without receipt are accepted for store credit only, lowest sale price within the last 12 months.
d. Price protection with receipt only, for store credit of the difference, if a sale item is offered at a lower sale price within a period of 30 days of purchase date.
Sorry, no refunds on custom-finished goods, see your sales agreement.

What shipping options do you offer? |
|
Our current shipping options are as follows: We will find the lowest shipping cost available and ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving payment information.

What is your shipping time? |
|
Typically we ship all in-stock merchandise Monday thru Friday and are shipped out by the following business day. Allow up to 5 business days for standard shipping. If an item is not in-stock we will let you know and give you a time-frame for expected delivery. |

What do I do if an item I had shipped to me arrives damaged? |
|
If any item breaks or is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact shipping@millstores.com or call our corporate headquarters at 508.771.8100 to request a new piece. Please include your order information in the e-mail. |

Can I return shipped merchandise? |
|
For returns of any non-defective merchandise shipping costs are non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned merchandise refunds will be processed when the merchandise has been returned and received by Mill Stores. |

Is financing available? |
|
Financing is available. 12 Months - No Interest with regular payments. Apply at any of our 14 convenient locations.

What size stools do I need? |
|
We sell 24" and 30." The rule of thumb is that there are 12" between any seat and any top. For example, use 24" stools for a 36" countertop; use 30" stools for a 42" bar; use an 18" chair for a 30" table. |

Are all chair heights the same? |
|
Although the back height usually varies, the standard height of the seat is always 18." |

What type of wood is better? |
|
No type of wood is better than another. It is your personal preference. For more information, see the About Our Woods section. |

How do I know what size Cupola to buy for my Shed or Garage? |
|
We sell five sizes: 12", 16", 20", 24", and 30". Your first step is to measure the building. If your building is, for example, 12' x 16', then you go with a 16". The idea is to go with "an inch for every foot." You want to go with the larger length in this example 16' = 16". For more information see our Cupolas section. |

Do you have a Layaway Plan? |

Yes. We offer FREE Layaway. It requires a 25% down-payment and we hold your purchase for 60 days. |
