We Will Train You
The Mill Stores' training program starts with a 6-8 week introduction to our business in one of our training stores. After successfully completing this program, you will be partnered with a successful store manager to complete your on-the-job training. You will also attend seminars and meetings designed to develop your product knowledge and technical skills. This process allows you to learn the product, system, and culture as you grow with the Mill Stores.
